Every year since 1998, The University of Texas at Austin has held a day of remembrance to honor members of the university community – students, faculty and staff – that have died in the previous year.
While enormously unfortunate for everyone in attendance, it’s also comforting to participate in kind of a shared grief ceremony like this – you’re definitely not alone.
